Starting from the assigned salesperson's one-time source recording, our pipeline generates personalized audio — the customer's name, the specific vehicle, the exact time — in the salesperson's voice. Render time is under 50ms per frame.

The finished video is delivered through your existing BDC outbound channels. Link or attachment, your choice. Tracking shows who opened it and how long they watched — useful signal for the salesperson walking into the appointment.

When is the confirmation video sent?

Typically 24 hours before the appointment, but the trigger is configurable per dealership. Common patterns: immediately on appointment set (so the customer has a face to remember), 24 hours before, and optionally a morning-of nudge. The CRM webhook controls timing.

What does the customer see?

A short video (usually 10–30 seconds) of your actual salesperson saying the customer's name, confirming the exact appointment time, and referencing the specific vehicle they're coming to see. The face on screen is the person they'll meet at the store.
